Theme Compatibility

Our app Dr Free Gift, BOGO Buy X Get Y is designed to integrate smoothly with both standard and custom themes. It doesn’t typically affect your theme’s code or other features. We aim to ensure that our app works seamlessly without disrupting your store’s functionality.

Drawer Cart Support

When it comes to drawer carts, many shop owners prefer that the app shows the awarded free gift directly in the drawer cart without requiring a full page reload. To meet this need, we have integrations with some drawer carts that allow us to trigger an instant update in the drawer cart, providing a smooth experience for the customer.

Supported Drawer Carts:

If your theme includes a supported drawer cart, our app will automatically interact with it, updating the cart as soon as a gift is awarded, without requiring a page reload. This provides a seamless user experience.

Unsupported Drawer Carts:

If your theme uses a drawer cart that isn’t supported by our app, the following will happen:

A page reload or a redirect to the cart (depending on your settings) will occur when a gift is awarded.
In these cases, we are happy to investigate and explore adding a no-reload integration for your specific drawer cart. Some drawer carts offer methods for integration, though not all do.
