By default, the app blocks access to gift product pages to help prevent gift fraud. If you find that a product page for a gift is inaccessible, this is typically a strong indicator that the product is managed by the app.

• Note: If you’ve intentionally changed the app settings to allow access to gift product pages, this check may not apply.
  
  

2. Inspect the Product URL

Another quick method is to review the product’s URL in your store.

• If the URL contains docapp-free-gift, this product was most likely created by the Dr. Free Gift app.
• If this part of the URL is missing, the product was likely created through another method—unless you manually modified its URL to remove this tag.
  
  

3. Get Support for a Technical Check

If you’re unable to confirm the product’s association through the methods above, our support team can assist you. We can check the Product ID to verify if it belongs to the app’s gifts.
